FOR INCOMING KINDERGARTEN PUPILS

Application for admission is scheduled on:

Date      : October 22, 2012  ONWARDS UNTIL ALL SLOTS ARE FILLED-UP
Time      : 7:30 – 11:30 AM  and  1:30 – 4:30 PM  -  Monday to Saturday
Venue    : Registrar’s Office, 2nd Flr; Fr. Ghisleen de Vos Bldg;
SLU Lab. Elem. School, Gen. Luna Road

Who are qualified to apply:
1. Children who were born in 2007
2. Children who were born from January to July 2008
3. Children who were born in August 2008  (to be entertained with  conditions)

Requirements to be presented:
1. NSO Copy or Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate  
2. Preferably with a copy of a Certified True Copy of Baptismal Certificate
3. For Children and Special Dependents of SLU Employees:  a Certificate of Reservation to be secured from the SLU Accounting Office

Note:

1. Testing Fee is Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00)
2. Enrolment may be done right after the test results are released. Test results are released  after the examinations.
