Sunflower Children's Center

Mission

Sunflower Children’s Center is foremostly dedicated to promote the welfare of children in need of special attention, and to the advocacy on the Rights of Children.

 

Our specific tasks are:

 

1. For children, caregivers and parents:

a. To provide diagnosis and therapeutic services to children with psychological problems,

b. To assist caregivers and parents in helping their children with their problems

c. To help caregivers and parents in coping with their own difficulties in dealing with "children in need of special attention"

2. To provide training in child therapy

3. To be a Center for advocacy on the Rights of Children.

 

Vision

Our vision is to be a community at the service of welfare of children. In a spirit of commitment we pool together our competencies and willingness to assist children and their parents in:

 

1. Promoting sound psychological and social development for children.

2. Helping children to recover from traumatic experience

3. Assisting parents in helping their children in need of special attention.

4. Promoting actively the Rights of Children.
