The Officers of the SLU LESEA and the FC had their joint induction to show that the faculty and staff of SLU LES and the parents are united in their goals of providing the best possible education for the pupils.
The faculty and staff of SLU LES have their own organization, the SLU Laboratory Elementary School Employees' Association (SLU LESEA). The Organization's aim is to ensure that the employees of the Elementary Department are working at the best condition possible. The organization has activities, programs and projects which help the faculty and staff cope with daily tasks, and even emergency situations, and give professional and personal development. For this school year, the president of the LESEA is Mr. Melchor Pablico, also the Learning Area Coordinator for Language.
The Family Council (FC) is the organization of the parents. They have their own set of Executive Board Officers chosen from the different Class Representatives and Alternates from all classes. The FC coordinates with the school on their own projects and activities, all of which are aimed at creating a more conducive learning atmosphere for their children or wards. This school year, the chairperson of the Family Council Executive Board is Mrs. Imelda Alvarez. Atty. Arnulfo Soriano, VP for Administration, was invited the Inducting Officer.
