MELCHOR P. PABLICO, MA Ed Mgmt
Mr. Pablico is now on his 25th year of service in Saint Louis University. He started his teaching stint in SLU Laboratory Elementary School as an emergency substitute teacher in 1992, then rose from the ranks to becoming a regular classroom teacher, Grade Level Adviser and Learning Area Coordinator in the different subject areas. He was appointed Assistant Principal from 2006-2016 then became the Principal afterwards.
He finished his BEED course at the University of Northern Philippines, Vigan City, then graduated magna cum laude in his graduate degree, MA in Educational Management, from Saint Louis University. He teaches Professional Education and Graduate Program subjects at the SLU School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts while pursuing his PhD in Educational Management. Mr. Pablico is an accreditor and a member of the Commission on Elementary Education of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU). He is happily married to Normita Rio – Pablico and is blessed with a daughter, Victoria Biel, a pupil at SLU LES.
MISS MARYJANE L. PAGAYPAY
Miss Pagaypay finished Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Pre-Elementary Education (cum laude) from Saint Louis University in 1998. She now pursues her graduate degree, Master of Arts in Educational Management at SLU.
She started teaching Kindergarten pupils in SLU LES in 1999, and since then, she became a Grade Level Adviser in Kinder and Grade Six and a Learning Area Coordinator in Language and Spelling. Miss Pagaypay has spent many years being the moderator of the Girl Scouting Movement in SLU LES, and a moderator of the Young Writers’ Club. She likewise had teaching stints at the SLU School of Teacher Education under the Department of Professional Education.
