On 14 July 2024, University President, Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, PhD spearheaded the formal establishment of the Saint Louis University (SLU) Alumni Association- Mongolia and taking of pledge by its pioneer members. A fellowship dinner at The Bull Authentic Hot Pot, Bluemon Center, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia also marked the milestone.
The taking of pledge by the Association’s members was witnessed by the SLU heads of offices, with the event coinciding with the Management Development Program trip.
The SLU Alumni Association- Mongolia is led by Chapter President Oyun Baatar; other founding members are Tsolmon Odbaatar, Azjaryal Byamba, Oyu Baatar, Altanbagana Sumya, Bolortsetseg Batpuntsag, Altansarnai Agsam, and Munkhbot Battsengel.
The inauguration of SLU Alumni Association- Mongolia aims at even solidifying the relations between SLU and its alumni all over the world through future collaborative programs and projects.
