Empowering Early Educators: SLU and San Quintin partner to elevate Child Development through Multisensory Learning Materials

In a collaborative effort to elevate early childhood education, Saint Louis University (SLU) partnered with the Local Government Unit of San Quintin to conduct a specialized training workshop on Instructional Material Preparation for Child Development Workers on 28 May 2026 at the National Child Development Center (NCDC), Municipal Hall Compound, Barangay Poblacion, San Quintin, Pangasinan.

Saint Louis University (SLU) reinforced its commitment to continuous improvement and professional development by sponsoring the participation of non-teaching personnel of the Office of the Internal Auditor (OIA), Internal Quality Auditors Mrs. Shyra Marie E. Leal and Mrs. Delia C. Latawan, in the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and Training Program.

SLU is 5th Top-Performing School in the May 2026 Chemical Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) on 25 May 2026 revealed that Saint Louis University’s (SLU) School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA) ranked 5th among Philippine top-performing schools with 10 or more examinees with at least 80% passing percentage in the May 2026 Chemical Engineers (Computer-Based) Licensure Exam (ChELE). SLU SEA recorded an 82.43% passing rate, or with 61 passers out of 74 examinees.

Institutional leaders from all over the country gathered at the Fr. Theophile Verbist Hall, SLU Sacred Heart Medical Center (SLU SHMC), on 22 May 2026 for the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) Vision Forum 2026. Themed “Barriers and Breakthroughs: Pushing Back Against the Limits,” the event served as a venue for meaningful dialogue to even improve Catholic higher education.
