Saint Louis University – Sacred Heart Medical Center grabbed a spot on the international stage for the upcoming International Hospital Federation (IHF) Awards 2024 for the first time.
The IHF Awards Committee is delighted that Saint Louis University-Sacred Heart Medical Center is selected as one of the Finalists of the American Hospital Association Excellence Award for Healthcare Workers’ Wellbeing in the IHF Awards 2024. With over 500 entries from 37 countries vying for recognition in seven (7) Award categories this year, the panel of 44 international judges had a very challenging task and difficult time evaluating and selecting the winners among many impressive and excellent entries.
Launched in 2015, the IHF Awards honor excellence in hospitals and healthcare organizations around the world. The shortlisted projects and programs in each category represent the innovation, good practice, and service improvement transforming the healthcare sector in IHF Member organizations across the globe. The IHF Awards recognize and amplify exemplary work that improves the level, standard, quality, operational efficiency, and sustainability of healthcare service delivery.
The winners of the IHF Awards will be presented during a special Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on 11 September 2024 at 19:00 BRT (Rio time), happening during the 47th IHF World Hospital Congress in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
