Starting First Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026 (August 2025), Saint Louis University (SLU) will offer the Accelerated Pathway for Medicine (APMed) Program. Application period will start on 13 January 2025.
APMed is a seven-year straight program leading to the degree Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), which shortens the duration of medical education by two years.
A baccalaureate degree, i.e. Bachelor of Medical Sciences (B.Med.Sci.), shall be conferred after the second year of Basic Medical Education, i.e. second year Medicine.
Application Requirements
1. Graduates of senior high school STEM strand A.Y. 2024-2025
2. Must have taken the SLU College Entrance Examination (CEE) until April 2025.
(The applicant examinee should initially choose a program apart from APMed.)

3. Senior high school general weighted average of at least 90% (average of Grade 11 and first semester of Grade 12)
4. Of sound mind and physical health
*Applicants will be ranked according to the above criteria and the top 50 students will be admitted into the program.
