On 27 April 2025, the Medical Outreach Missions Foundation Initiative (MOMFI) successfully launched its one-day medical mission held at the Ambangeg Barangay Hall in Bokod, Benguet.

MOMFI’s program is made possible through the dedication and collaboration of four medical doctors and 16 medical students, working with local barangay health workers and community leaders to serve the community with empathy and expertise.
Featuring a wide range of essential health services, including consultations, OB-Gyne checkups, ENT assessments, and pharmaceutical provisions, the mission ensured that patients not only received medical attention but also access to necessary medications.
Together, the team attended to numerous patients throughout the day, offering treatment, health education, and a listening ear. Each interaction reflected MOMFI’s commitment to reach underserved communities and ensure accessibility to quality healthcare.
The outreach aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). (Article and Photos by MOMFI)
