Saint Louis University (SLU) is positioned at 132nd (35.32%) among 240 private higher education institutions (HEIs) across the All Asia region and 9th among 40 Philippine HEIs within the AppliedHE Private University Ranking ALL Asia 2026. These rankings were officially revealed in the AppliedHE Ranking Report on 28 November 2025.
For the 2026 edition, AppliedHE expanded its rankings to cover universities across the entire All Asia region, making the rankings more inclusive and comprehensive.
AppliedHE rankings help students, parents, and others interested in higher education compare universities independently. The rankings are based on data collected from universities, student surveys, peer nominations, research output, and other statistics.
Private universities are evaluated on key areas such as Teaching and Learning, Employability, Research, Community Engagement, Internationalization, and Institutional Reputation.
Being ranked among the All Asia region signifies SLU’s strong performance and competitiveness in a broad and diverse academic landscape, underscoring its commitment to quality education and its growing reputation not just in the ASEAN region, but across Asia.
