PAASCU grants reaccreditation to SLU SAMCIS Programs

The Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU) granted reaccreditation for five years, or until 2030, to four (4) academic programs of Saint Louis University’s (SLU) School of Accountancy, Management, Computing and Information Studies (SAMCIS). This was revealed in a letter dated 02 September 2025 from the PAASCU Executive Director, Ricardo R. Palo, addressed to SLU President, Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, PhD.

Moving onwards: SLU conducts second part of AMR for AY 2024-2025

Saint Louis University (SLU) held the second part of its Annual Management Review (AMR) for Academic Year 2024-2025 on 3 September 2025 at the Fr. Theophile Verbist CICM Hall, SLU Sacred Heart Medical Center. The gathering brought together heads of offices for a series of key presentations and discussions aimed at evaluating previous actions, reviewing current management system performance, and identifying future opportunities for improvement.

UIDC conducts kick-off meeting 

The University Instruction Development Committee (UIDC) of Saint Louis University (SLU) conducted a kick-off meeting with the deans, associate deans, department heads, and graduate program coordinators on 22 August 2025 at the Fr. Francis Gevers Hall, Diego Silang Building, SLU Main Campus. The activity aimed to ensure that every unit in each school is updated with the latest plans, targets, and expectations at the start of the academic year providing a sharper focus and a unified direction for academic operations.

SLU gears up for AY 2025–2026 with Calendar Summit and Structural Reorganization rollout

In preparation for the Academic Year 2025-2026, Saint Louis University convened its heads of offices for the Calendar Summit and Structural Reorganization Presentation on 16 June 2025 at the Fr. Francis Gevers Hall, Diego Silang Building, SLU Main Campus. The event aimed to streamline institutional planning by aligning academic schedules and priorities to ensure efficient implementation of key programs and initiatives.
