Saint Louis University hosted the “Entrep Fever Competition 2024” on 26 November 2024 at the Diego Silang Lobby. The event was organized by the SLU-University Research and Innovation Center (UnRIC) through the School of Accounting, Management, Computing, and Information Studies (SAMCIS) and the Young Entrepreneurs Society (YES). 

57th Shell National Students Art Competition: SLU BMMA student wins 3rd Place in Digital Photography

Mr. Aldrin Sally, a third year Bachelor of Multimedia Arts student of Saint Louis University (SLU), achieved an impressive milestone by winning 3rd place in the Digital Photography category of the 57th Shell National Students Art Competition (NSAC). The award ceremony took place on 15 November 2024, at the Ayala Museum in Makati City.

SLU bags awards at 50th Philippine Business Conference and Expo

Louisians from the Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Accountancy, Management, Computing, and Information Studies (SAMCIS) took center stage to claim prestigious awards at the 50th Philippine Business Conference and Expo held on 22 October 2024, at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Pasay City. Two SLU entries emerged victorious in the Business Idea Development Award (BIDA): PawPaw’s Deli was named Grand Champion in the Non-Food Category, while Pawsitivity earned 2nd Place in the Service Category. 

SLU Alumni Association provides financial aid to BSAC alumni who will take the October 2024 LECPA

The Saint Louis University (SLU) Alumni Association through its School of Accountancy, Management, Computing, and Information Studies (SAMCIS) Chapter, in coordination with the SLU Finance Office and the SLU Office of Global Relations and Alumni Affairs (SLU-OGRAA) distributed this semester’s Legacy Wall Scholarship fund to thirty-nine (39) SLU Alumni from the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSAC) who will take the Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accountant (LECPA) on 25-27 October 2024. The said distribution was held on 19 October 2024 at the Diego Silang Building, Room S311, SLU Main Campus.
