School of Accountancy, Management, Computing, and Information Studies (SAMCIS) student organization Young Entrepreneurs’ Society (YES) held a successful membership drive at the Devesse Plaza from 22 to 27 August 2022, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The drive aimed to encourage new members to join the organization and offered a range of membership benefits, such as access to networking events, business development resources, and mentorship opportunities.
The drive was open to all aspiring and established entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals who shared the organization’s commitment to fostering a vibrant and supportive entrepreneurial community.
The membership drive for the organization helped increase member engagement and participation in the organization’s activities, leading to more significant contributions to the organization’s mission and objectives. The event also helped establish and strengthen connections between local entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals, fostering a more supportive and collaborative business environment.
Moreover, it increased the number of members, providing the organization with a larger pool of resources and expertise to support its mission and activities.
For the next membership drive, the organization is considering offering online membership options to attract members who may be unable to attend in-person events or live outside the local area.
