RE: Bar Examinations at Saint Louis University
Greetings!
I am pleased to inform the Louisian Community that once again, Saint Louis University has been chosen to be a local testing center for the November 2022 Bar examinations scheduled on November 9, 13, 16, and 20, 2022.
In this regard, the MAIN CAMPUS shall absolutely be NO ENTRY for employees, students and other stakeholders on the following dates: November 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20, 2022, to give way for the Bar preparations and examinations. Only the duly authorized SLU personnel, who will be assisting the proctors, security, and technical support staff deployed by the Supreme Court of the Philippines are allowed on campus on these dates.
Accordingly, offices in the main campus only shall be closed on the dates of the Bar preparations and examinations. Offices can adapt alternative work arrangement, as needed. However, work and classes in the other campuses shall proceed as usual.
Furthermore, the following shall be observed for the academic activities in the main campus:
• there shall be NO face-to-face/on-site classes on the dates identified above; however, affected classes shall be conducted synchronously online;
• all online-based classes shall proceed as usual;
• the Deans’ offices will make the appropriate arrangements and announcements relative to the adjustments for the affected face-to-face/on-site classes; and
• the scheduled midterm examinations will be moved to November 21 to 26, 2022, the details of which will be disseminated in a separate advisory that will be issued by the Office of the University Registrar
Regular work in the offices and classes (face-face classes/on-site and online) in the main campus shall be conducted on November 10, 11, 14, 17, and 18, 2022.
Finally, the SLU Gonzaga Parish will be making the announcement relative to the schedule of masses on the BAR-affected days.
