In celebration of the 160th CICM and 111th SLU anniversaries, monitoring of Philippine Catholic Schools Standards was conducted at the Bishop’s Conference Hall for the Diocesan Schools of Baguio. The activity is in line with the objective of CEAP-CAR through the mandate of the Regional Trustee, Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, to ensure that all member schools are compliant with the PCSS. After the PCSS monitoring, a “Kumustahan for PEAC Matters” followed to ensure the readiness of Catholic Schools for PEAC Monitoring and Recertification.
The CEAP-CAR Monitoring Team Members were Mr. John Vincent Capanang, Mr. Ivan Carl Manalo, Mr. Samuel Tadeo, and Mrs. Maribel Soriano-Castog, faculty members of SLU Basic Education Unit, and they were headed by Dr. Joi C. Gutierrez. The activity was attended by the school heads of the Diocese of Baguio Schools.
