Faithful to the mandate of the Universal Church to always promote advocacies that will advance justice, peace, the integrity of creation, and indigenous peoples, Saint Louis University, in partnership with CEAP-CAR, conducted a webinar entitled, “The Role of Catholic Schools in Implementing Sustainable Development Goals.” The topic was meaningfully delivered and well-explained by the speaker Dr. Marilyn L. Balmeo.
The webinar was attended by more than 120 participants from the Cordillera region, Region 1, and Region 2 and they were very grateful for new insights and inputs shared for them to implement in their own institutions. Fr. Allen Basilio, CEAP-CAR Council Member from the Vicariate of Bontoc-Lagawe shared the strong partnership among the different CEAP-CAR Member schools that make difficult things simple and bearable.
