Given the continuous development of the internship program of the University, Saint Louis University through the University Instruction Development Committee (UIDC) conducted a training-workshop on University Internship Guidelines on 07 December 2022 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at P700 STELA AVR, Waldo Perfecto Building.
This collaborative event was geared at:
- Evaluating the Memorandum of Agreement with the Host Training Establishment/Partner Agencies and;
- Drafting an institutionalized manual for the Internship Program.
Among the participants were the SLU School Deans, Department Heads, Internship Coordinators, Student Intern Representatives, Host Training Establishment Representatives, Legal Officer, Medical Unit Director, Guidance Office Director, OSA Den, and University Registrar.
The training-workshop was aligned with CHED Memorandum Order No.104 s. 2017 or the Revised Guidelines for Student Internship Program in the Philippines (SIPP) for All Programs, and CHED Memorandum Order No. 46 s. 2012 or the Policy Standard to Enhance Quality Assurance (QA) in Philippine Higher Education Through Outcomes-based and Typology-based QA.
