Supportive of the CICM Advocacy on Integrity of Creation and the SDG on Good Health and Well-Being, the SLU Red Cross Society (SLU-RCY) in cooperation with the Philippine Red Cross-Baguio City Chapter, conducted a First Aid and Basic Life Support Lecture Demo last November 30, 2022, at the Perfecto Building.
Forty Louisians benefited from the principles and history of the Red Cross movements as well as the basics of life support and first aid demonstrated by Ms. Vina Vanica Asuncion, RN, CSR. Given this initial training by Ms. Asuncion, the attendees are eligible to participate in other activities which upon completion will lead to the certification of first aiders.
