With the theme Internalization Towards Fostering a School Culture of Quality, prominent professors from Saint Louis University (SLU) were invited as resource speakers by the Divine Word College of Vigan – International Relations and Linkages Office (DWCV-IRLO) last 25 October 2023.
Dr. Stephanie O. Busbus, Dir. Hector L. Martin, and Dr. Geraldine S. Wakat graced the seminar with their expertise, delivering remarkable presentations that captivated the audience and provided valuable insights into the world of internationalization in education.
Dr. Busbus led the Session 2 with her talk on Internationalization Trends and Partnerships and Future Directions, while Dr. Martin administered Session 3 with his talk on Assessment and Matrix on IZN in Higher Education. Dr. Wakat facilitated Session 4 with her lecture on Student-Centered Internalization and Integrating SDGs in the Curriculum.
The seminar served as a valuable platform for educators, administrators, and students to gain a deeper understanding of internationalization in higher education. It also encouraged collaboration and knowledge exchange between DWCV and SLU, promoting a shared commitment to quality education and global engagement.
