Saint Louis University (SLU) has added another feather in its cap as it ranked first among universities in the Cordillera Administrative Region and Northern Luzon and 21st among higher education institutions in the country in the recently released Webometrics Ranking of World Universities (Webometrics).
The Webometrics “is an initiative of the Cybermetrics Lab, a research group belonging to the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), the largest public research body in Spain.”
As indicated in the Webometrics’ page, the Webometrics or Ranking Web “is the largest academic ranking of Higher Education Institutions offering every six months an independent, objective, free, open scientific exercise for providing reliable, multidimensional, updated and useful information about the performance of universities from all over the world.”
