Saint Louis University (SLU) earned Rank No. 4 among the top-performing schools in the country in the 2024 Bar Examinations in the category, “Law schools with 51-100 Candidates” pertaining to all candidates. The Supreme Court (SC) announced in the afternoon of 13 December 2024.
With an excellent passing rate of 74.60%, way higher than the national passing rate of 37.84%, 47 out of its 63 Louisian-examinees successfully hurdled the bar exams. Of its first-time takers, SLU recorded 88.37% passing rate (38 out of 43 examinees).
Further, it was revealed that former Saint Louis University School of Law Dean, Atty. Hilario Justino F. Morales, was one of the examiners in the subject Political and Public International Law.
The 2024 Bar examinations, held on 8, 11, and 15 of September 2024, produced a total of 3,962 new lawyers in the Philippines.
This newest achievement further affirmed SLU’s commitment to quality and excellence in legal education.
