Saint Louis University (SLU) has been hailed as the 7th top-performing school in the September 2024 Licensure Exam for Professional Teachers (LEPT) in the category, “With 100-299 examinees and with at least 90% passing rate- Secondary Level”.
SLU recorded an exemplary 91.72% passing rate, producing 133 new secondary teachers.
This was announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) earlier today, 13 December 2024.
It was also announced that 20,025 elementary teachers out of 44,002 examinees (45.51%) and 48,875 secondary teachers out of 85,926 examinees (56.88%) successfully passed the LEPT given last 29 September 2024 in 40 testing centers all over the Philippines and Thailand.
This newest victory even affirmed SLU’s excellence in teacher education.
