On 12 January 2025, Members of the Medical Outreach Missions Fellowship Initiative (MOMFI) proudly spearheaded a transformative medical mission in Brgy. Baybay Norte, Sual, Panagasinan, delivering essential healthcare services directly to underserved members of the community. This mission was conducted in collaboration with Rotary Clubs of San Juan, Angeles, and San Fernando City North.

The dedicated team of volunteers provided free medical consultations, dental checkups, and treatments to a total of 262 patients, including 179 adults and 83 children. The most common health issues diagnosed were upper respiratory tract infections, hypertension, and cervical muscular strain.
This mission was not only focused on addressing immediate health concerns but also aimed to foster meaningful connections, inspire hope, and empower individuals towards improved well-being. United in service and guided by compassion, this mission continues to advance the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, contributing to healthier and more resilient communities.
