Adding to its list of topnotchers across various fields, Saint Louis University (SLU) produced two new topnotchers in the persons of Lorie Jay S. Dela Cruz who ranked fourth with 90.80% rating and Chance B. Baladad who placed eighth with 89.50% rating in the February 2025 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Exam (MELE). This was announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on 24 February 2025.
Also, the PRC announced that 3,089 out of 6,318 (48.89%) passed the MELE. SLU obtained an overall performance rating of 61.20% and 76.19% for its first takers.
The February 2025 MELE was simultaneously administered on 17-19 February in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, and Zamboanga.
