The Louisian community gathered on 7 December 2025 at the Audio Visual Room of Saint Louis University Maryheights Campus for “The Enchanted Matinée: Louisian CPAs’ Tales of Becoming,” a celebration crafted to honor the newest Certified Public Accountants and to reflect on the journeys that brought them to this milestone. With its enchanting garden theme accented by hues of blue, the event created an atmosphere of elegance and wonder—symbolizing growth, resilience, and the flourishing dreams of every Louisian CPA.

Stories of perseverance and purpose defined the afternoon during the heartfelt testimonial banquet dubbed as Panagdayaw: Commemorating Louisian CPAs’ Journey to Triumph, held on 05 July 2025 at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR), Saint Louis University (SLU) – Maryheights Campus. Organized by the Department of Accountancy in collaboration with the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA-SLU), the gathering paid tribute to the newly minted Louisian CPAs from the December 2024 and May 2025 board examinations.

SLU celebrates milestones of new Lousian CPAs in Testimonial Banquet

In a heartening display of appreciation and recognition, the Department of Accountancy, jointly with the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, hosted a grand testimonial banquet for the newest Louisian Certified Public Accountants last 6 August 2024. Held at Fr. Francis Gevers Hall, the event gathered educators, reviewees, students, and esteemed guests from P&A Grant Thornton, SGV & Co., Deloitte, Institute of Management Accountants, and PICPA to honor the successes of these individuals. The elegant banquet hall, furnished with modern Barong and Filipiniña-themed decorations, provided a suitable setting for this commemorative event.
