Dr. Joi C. Gutierrez and Mrs. Charmaine P. Mendoza shared the Saint Louis University – CICM’s unique way of partnering with the IPs in the Cordillera Region during the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines Episcopal Commission on Indigenous Peoples National Convention held at NASSA/CARITAS Philippines Development Center held in Tagaytay City last November 21 -25, 2022.
Dr. Gutierrez and Mrs. Mendoza emphasize that SLU programs on IPs are anchored on the CICM advocacies on Justice, Peace, Integrity of Creation and Indigenous Peoples, SLU Core Values, CEAP JEEPGY, Philippine Catholic Schools Standards, and Sustainable Development Goals. They also present the 17 extension programs that actually partners with the IPs.
