The Ibagiw 2022 Creative City Festival comes to a close with a fitting tribute and thanksgiving for the creative lifeblood of Baguio City at the “ANIDO” (bonfire), the closing ceremony of Ibagiw 2022 on November 27 at 6:00 pm. The artists, artisans, crafters, festival participants, sponsors, and organizers are taking center stage in this event.
“Anido” was capped by musical performances by Blue Ruins and Cesar Salcedo, followed by a theatrical presentation by Tanghalang SLU accompanied by a bamboo and percussion ensemble composed of Kadwa Drums, Binnadang Cultural Dance Troupe, and the University of Baguio Bibak Ubbon Kaafuan (UBBUK). The performance features music by DJ Lang, Congruum, and DJ Jovic.
Tanghalang SLU presents the shadow play entitled “Hudhud Ni Aliguyon” – a famous epic from the Ifugao province, which narrates events about the bravery, courage, and heart of the Ifugao.

IBAGIW 2022: The Baguio Creative Festival, now in its fifth year, proudly presents a revitalized Baguio Creative City – sharing with, and learning from, the rest of the world as embodied in this year’s theme: “Locally Creative, Globally Competetive.”
