After the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) National Quality Assurance (NQA) Surveillance 2 Audit held on 02 October 2023, ISO NQA revealed that Saint Louis University passed the surveillance and is recommended for continued certification for BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
As stated in the ISO NQA surveillance audit report, the top management and staff of SLU were commended for their commitment in implementing and maintaining the University’s Quality Management System (QMS). In addition, the dedication, commitment and active participation of all staff and auditees were deemed noteworthy.
In addition, other commendable findings in the report included the positive analysis and results of University’s customer satisfaction survey; effective records keeping and housekeeping; and evident continual improvements as confirmed by awards and recognition received by the University such as THE Impact Rankings of 800-1000, WURI Top 101-200, QS Asia Ranking as 103 for Southeast Asia, 3Stars for QS Star Rating, and its overall performance in different licensure examinations as well as its topnotchers.
The surveillance audit was conducted by Lead Auditor Mr. Rannie Bernardino, and Auditors Ms. Khen David and Capt. Nicanor Altares.
ISO NQA will conduct another surveillance audit cycle for recertification in August 2024.
