Saint Louis University (SLU) clutched three (3) places in the list of topnotchers in the October 2024 Geodetic Engineers Licensure Examination (GELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, 29 October 2024. Louisians who ranked second, fifth, and ninth in the GELE are:
- Adrian Philip Alarcio Campos (Rank 2, 87.40%)
- Abjill Nacino Nilo (Rank 5, 86.40%)
- Ruben Padlan Baysic Jr. (Rank 9, 85.20%)
Moreover, SLU attained a 70% overall passing rate– higher than the national passing rate of 48.4% or with 650 out of 1,343 examinees successfully passing the exams.
The October 2024 GELE was conducted last 17-18 October 2024 in different testing centers across the Philippines, located at NCR., Baguio, Butuan, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
