Researchers from the Saint Louis University New Louisian Philosophical Society (NEOLOUPHIS) celebrated landmark achievements as its adviser, Mr. Nikky Garo, was awarded Best Presenter at the Research Conference on Gender Equality, Diversity, and Social Inclusion in Education, held last 28-30 November 2025, in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

Further, NEOLOUPHIS members Ms. Graciel L. Apolo and Ms. Samantha Cancin successfully presented their research papers at the same conference.
Together, these achievements embody the spirit of NEOLOUPHIS: research not only as an academic pursuit, but as a powerful commitment to transformation, inclusion, and meaningful change through thoughtful scholarship and lived experiences.

These accomplishments also resonated with several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through the following ways: their work enriched the SDG 4 (Quality Education) by inviting educators and learners alike to rethink how classrooms can become more inclusive and reflective; the papers presented highlight the SDG 5 (Gender Equality) through research that reexamined long-held assumptions and promoted gender-inclusive educational practices; by breaking down barriers and amplifying marginalized voices, their contributions spoke directly of SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities); and, lastly, in fostering a culture of openness, dialogue, and understanding, their scholarship echoed the spirit of SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), as a reminder of how institutions grow stronger in welcoming diversity.
