To improve the quality of early childhood care, Saint Louis University (SLU) officially partnered with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Quintin, Pangasinan, under the university’s School Training for Advancement and Recalibration (STAR) Program in conducting a curriculum mapping training and Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) activity held on 30-31January 2026.
In September 2025, Saint Louis University (SLU) formalized two significant Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with key Catholic educational and ecclesiastical institutions in Indonesia—the Archdiocese of Makassar and Sekolah Tinggi Kateketik dan Pastoral Rantepao (STIKPAR) in Toraja.

Paulino, PhD, gave a warm welcome to Mr. Adam Folleas, Higher Education and French Language Officer from the Embassy of France to the Philippines and to Micronesia; Mr. Victor Petit, the Deputy Director from the Alliance Française de Manille; and Mr. Paulo Udani, Education and Communication Manager from the Campus France Philippines for a meeting to explore the potential of offering French language courses to both undergraduate and graduate programs in SLU. The said meeting was held on 19 September 2024 at the Burgos Conference Room, Administrative Building, SLU Main Campus.
To solidify partnership for scholarships, Saint Louis University (SLU) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Institute of International Education (IIE), the contractor for the Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship Program (DISP) funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), alongside scholars from Myanmar on 5 September 2024, at the Burgos Conference Room, Administrative Building, SLU Main Campus.
SLU is one of the ten (10) member universities of the ANTENA Project and Philippine International Network (IN-NET) represented in the 32nd Annual European Association for International Education Conference (AEIE) on September 13-16, 2022.
