SLU joins the by-invitation Roundtable Discussion with Philippine Business Education Department (PBED), an advocacy group founded and led by the country’s top business leaders, together with other selected education stakeholders on 12 and 13 December 2022 at Gypsy by Chef Waya, Baguio City. Representing SLU are Mr. Pablico, the principal of BEds, and Dr. Teresita D. Ignacio, the Associate Dean for Teacher Education.
The goal of the discussion is to evaluate the current education policies, programs, and challenges in the implementation of quality education. It also sought suggestions from participants for possible solutions to educational concerns to improve and enhance the said quality of education in the country. The results of the discussions will be utilized by PBED to craft proposals to the various government agencies to help improve the quality of education in the country.
