The Creative Marketing Team (CMT) Training Program is an entire year of training offered to Marketing students that allows them to hone their skills and competencies through immersive training and exposure to the different departments of Marketing Mixers (MM) at Saint Louis University (SLU). The training program commenced last October 2022 and has concluded during their last activity under the Big Three positions of Marketing Mixers this April 22, 2023.
CMT consists of trainees who seek for meaningful experiences, to sharpen their skills, and strengthen their Louisian core values from the different departments namely, Special Projects, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Operations Department, and the Big Three.
Not only does the CMT Training serve as a step toward becoming an MM officer, but also prepares trainees to become efficient Marketing professionals in the future. This proposal was made to ensure that aspiring MM officers and current ones are getting quality training.
In support of the empowerment of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the aforementioned training promotes growth and competency among individuals, particularly Louisian Marketing Students. Consequently, this opens doors for individuals to acquire Decent Work, Productive Employment, and, later, contribute to Economic Growth (SDG 8) and the opportunity of Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). It also targets the CICM Advocacy of Integrity of Creation.
