The Young Entrepreneurs’ Society (YES) held its Business Training Series 2 from 18 March to 6 May 2023 via Zoom Meeting. The series, themed “Enhancing our Entrepreneurial Mindset,” provided YES members with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in business.
The ultimate goal of the training series was to help members develop the mindset and skills necessary to succeed in business. Measuring the growth of members’ businesses, such as revenue or customer base, could indicate the training series’ effectiveness in achieving this goal.
Further, by focusing on mindset, the series aimed to equip young entrepreneurs with the tools they need to develop a positive and growth-oriented attitude towards their ventures.
With YES members able to connect with other aspiring entrepreneurs and successful business leaders, the training series was a valuable learning experience for participants. It helped them to develop the mindset and skills they need to succeed as entrepreneurs.
The YES Business Training Series 2 was aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequalities, and Partnerships for the Goals.
