Saint Louis University (SLU) has once again demonstrated its excellence as it produced three (3) topnotchers in the Geodetic Engineers Licensure Examination given by the Board of Geodetic Engineering last 25 and 26 October 2023.
Board topnotcher Jimmerry V. Gadeja ranked fourth with a rate of 88.60%; James Lee I. Molina clutched the fifth spot with a rate of 88.00%; and Vienna Rose S. Baturi placed eighth with a rate of 86.40%.
With a passing rate of 78.57%, the School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA), Department of Civil and Geodetic Engineering produced 22 new Louisian Geodetic Engineers with 3 topnotchers.
The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced on 6 November 2023 that out of 1,377 examinees, 644 passed the Geodetic Engineering Licensure Exam. The Exam was conducted at several testing centers in National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
