The City Health Services Office spearheaded a follow-up activity after the Ceremonial Signing of the Terms of Agreement and Pledge of Commitment last 18 and 28 November 2022. In line with combating the rising prevalence of diabetic retinopathy and related vision-threatening conditions, the Rotaract Club of Baguio Saint Louis University – School of Medicine (SLU-SOM) took center stage in a collaborative health initiative. With the aim to bring services closer to the community, the Rotaract Club of Baguio SLU – School of Medicine assisted the Red Cross Health Caravan held on 10 and 24 September at Malcolm Square, Baguio City.
Through a coordination meeting held on 22 September 2023, SLU further strengthened its Community Extension Program with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples-Cordillera Administrative Region (NCIP-CAR) and the partner community in Sitio Domolpos, Tinongdan, Itogon, Benguet.
