Saint Louis University (SLU) extended its warm welcome to the representatives of another Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (CICM) school, Junshin Gakuin High School, on 06 November 2024.
In response to Laudato Si Goals 1 (Response to the Cry of the Earth) and 3 (Ecological Economics), aligned with the CICM Advocacies on Justice and Integrity of Creation, and in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2 (Zero Hunger), 3 (Good Health and Well-being), and 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), Saint Louis University – Basic Education School (SLU BEdS) has successfully harvested its first produce from its Hydroponics Gardening Project. The City Health Services Office spearheaded a follow-up activity after the Ceremonial Signing of the Terms of Agreement and Pledge of Commitment last 18 and 28 November 2022.
