The Saint Louis University (SLU) Industrial Engineering Department of the School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA) has marked a milestone in its extension work, concluding its first semester of initiatives for Academic Year 2025–2026 with projects that strengthen local governance, digital literacy, and disaster preparedness.

SLU-JPIA honors the journey of the newest CPAs

The Louisian community gathered on 7 December 2025 at the Audio Visual Room of Saint Louis University Maryheights Campus for “The Enchanted Matinée: Louisian CPAs’ Tales of Becoming,” a celebration crafted to honor the newest Certified Public Accountants and to reflect on the journeys that brought them to this milestone. With its enchanting garden theme accented by hues of blue, the event created an atmosphere of elegance and wonder—symbolizing growth, resilience, and the flourishing dreams of every Louisian CPA.

SLU STAR Trainers Join the 4th DOST-SEI International Conference on STEM and Sustainability

Three STAR trainers, Dr. Dorothy Silva, Dr. Marlon Palbusa, and Ms. Ferina Peralta, represented Saint Louis University (SLU) at the 4th DOST-SEI Project STAR International Conference held on 26-28 November 2025, at the Heritage Hotel Manila, Pasay City. As a CHED-recognized Center of Excellence, SLU continues its commitment to advancing STEM education through active participation in national and global educational activities.

SLU BSIT students earn Top 10 spot at BPI-DOST Innovation Awards 2025 with Environmental Technology Solution

A group of 4th-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) students from the School of Accountancy, Management, Computing and Information Studies (SAMCIS) has earned a prestigious Top 10 finalist spot in the BPI-DOST Innovation Awards 2025 held on 4 December 2025 at the Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, Philippines for their groundbreaking project, Cordimap: Hybrid Machine and Deep Learning-Based Web Application for Interactive Mapping of Land Cover and Water Balance in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

Championing Quality Education: SLU educators tapped as National Trainers for 2025 INSET
