The Season of Creation 2025 concluded with a meaningful ecumenical service and forum held at the CRC Hall, Bishop’s House Compound, on 6 October 2025. The MINAunlad seminar, titled “Beyond the Surface – Unearthing Potential Careers in the Mining Industry,” was held on 10 March 2024 at the SIRIB Center, Otto Hahn, SLU Main Campus. The event conducted by the SLU Mining Engineering Society provided a comprehensive exploration of career pathways within the mining sector aimed at students from diverse engineering and architecture programs.
The School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA) through the collaboration with the SEA Dean’s Office, faculty, student organizations, and SLU canteen partners, conducted “The KuSEAna Project” at the Otto Hahn Building, SLU Main Campus on 28, 29 February and 1 March 2024 to offer hefty breakfast for students.
Saint Louis University’s (SLU) leadership role in Catholic Higher education was elevated with the Association of Catholic Universities of the Philippines’ (ACUP) reappointment of SLU President, Rev. Fr. Gilbert B. Sales, CICM, PhD as ACUP President for the 2023 – 2025 term. This marks his second term, reflecting his enduring commitment to the advancement of Catholic Education nationwide.
