Ten Louisians from the School of Nursing, Allied Health, and Biological Sciences (SONAHBS) and School of Medicine (SOM) of Saint Louis University (SLU) hailed in the Writing Phase Publication Phase II organized by the Cordillera Regional Health Research and Development Consortium (CRHRDC).

Sales, CICM, PhD, clinched re-election as member of the Board of Trustee for 2024-2025 of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) during the organization’s 2023 General Assembly held on 21 November 2023 at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasig City.
In line with combating the rising prevalence of diabetic retinopathy and related vision-threatening conditions, the Rotaract Club of Baguio Saint Louis University – School of Medicine (SLU-SOM) took center stage in a collaborative health initiative. Partnering with the Baguio Eye Doctor’s Clinic, headed by Dr. Ars Mondiguing, and Middle Quezon, represented by Dr. Anna Banta, District Health Officer, Rotaract SLU-SOM assisted in the recent Diabetic Retinopathy Screening and free reading glasses giving in October 2023.
In a joint effort to promote community health and well-being, the Rotaract Club of Saint Louis University School of Medicine (SLU SOM) partnered with Rotary Passport International Germany District 1841 and Barangay Dontogan to conduct Oplan Tuli 2023, a circumcision drive held at the Barangay Dontogan Hall.
The Rotaract Club of Baguio Saint Louis University – School of Medicine received the Scroll of Honor Award during the Blood Donor Recognition 2023 ceremony hosted by the Philippine Red Cross.
Officers and members of the Rotaract Club from the SLU-SOM attended a Recollection Mass directed towards the three primary means to strengthen their Christian faith with a Prayer, Holy Mass, and through Regular Confession.
