Pag-IBIG Fund StAR Award recognizes SLU as Top Employer

Saint Louis University (SLU) was bestowed the Pag-IBIG Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) Award as one of PAG-IBIG Fund’s Top Employers (Private Sector) for the year 2024, given during the Pag-IBIG Fund Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report YE2024 Royce Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat, Pampanga, on 28 March 2025. This is the second time SLU received the StAR Award for its commitment towards the welfare of its employees.

Regional Gender and Development Committee-CAR honors SLU for contributions to gender equality

The Regional Gender and Development Committee – CAR (RGADC-CAR) honored Saint Louis University (SLU) for its significant efforts in raising the standards of Cordillera Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment besting over 300 colleges and Universities worldwide in the 2024 Times Higher Education Impact Ranking for United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #5: Gender Equality. The award was presented on 28 March 2025 at the DPWH-CAR Multi-purpose Hall, Baguio City, during the closing ceremony of the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration.

Saint Louis University (SLU) conducted its Mid-Year Performance Review and Evaluation (MPRE) from 26 to 27 March 2025 at the Fr. Francis Gevers Hall, SLU Main Campus. The event aimed to assess the progress of the various units and clusters against their set goals, ensuring that the institution remains steadfast in its commitment to excellence, service, and faith.

Saint Louis University (SLU) reaffirmed its commitment to refugee education and global collaboration by participating in the ceremonial signing and launch of Pathways Pilipinas on 25 March 2025. The event, held at Horacio Cebrero Hall, De La Salle Philippines, marked a significant step toward creating sustainable opportunities for refugees in the Philippines.
