The Social Work and Languages and Communication Departments of Saint Louis University’s (SLU) School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) conducted a Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) in Kapangan, Benguet, on 21 September 2026. The activity was part of their collaborative extension program and followed up on the needs assessment held on 26 May 2026.

In response to the growing challenge of water scarcity in Baguio, Industrial Engineering students from Saint Louis University’s (SLU) School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA), through the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers Student Chapter (PIIE SLU-SC), partnered with the Rotary Club of Baguio to install a rainwater collection system at Doña Aurora Elementary School in Aurora Hill on 20 September 2026.

Theophile Verbist Hall, 5th Floor Multi-Level Parking Building, SLU-SHMC.
