SLU AGES sponsors mass for GELE 2026

The Saint Louis University (SLU) Association of Geodetic Engineering Students (AGES) organized and sponsored the Geodetic Engineer Licensure Exam (GELE) 2026 Sponsored Mass on 15 September 2026 at the Saint Aloysius Gonzaga Parish. The activity aimed to provide spiritual support to Baguio Geodetic Engineering graduates preparing for the GELE scheduled on 23-24 September 2026. The Mass intentions included prayers for their success, health, clarity, and preparation, along with the blessing of their examination kits.

On 17 September 2026, Faculty Research and Innovation Promoters (FRIPs) from the School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA), Saint Louis University (SLU) attended the General Meeting and Orientation facilitated by the Undergraduate Research and Innovation Coordinators (UGRICs), Marilyn Balmeo, PhD and Keven John Allit, PhD at the American Corner, 4th Floor of the SLU Libraries, Msgr. Charles Vath Building. Expressing their support for the gathering were officers from the SLU Research Innovation and Sustainability Extension (RISE) Center who also shared their expertise.

SLU celebrates 55th Year of the BA Communication Legacy

Saint Louis University’s (SLU) School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (STELA) marked the BA Communication Program’s 55th year with a week-long event themed “COMM at 55: From Campus Conversations to Global COMMversations.” From 20 to 25 April 2026, the student-led event showcased first- to fourth-year students’ skills, demonstrating how students’ talents extend beyond the four walls of the classroom and into global conversations.
