In line with combating the rising prevalence of diabetic retinopathy and related vision-threatening conditions, the Rotaract Club of Baguio Saint Louis University – School of Medicine (SLU-SOM) took center stage in a collaborative health initiative. Through a coordination meeting held on 22 September 2023, SLU further strengthened its Community Extension Program with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples-Cordillera Administrative Region (NCIP-CAR) and the partner community in Sitio Domolpos, Tinongdan, Itogon, Benguet.
